Set Up

Readiness Rounds staff work closely with you on set up to gather and structure all of the relevant information required to customize and implement Readiness Rounds.

Step One

  • Audit all existing processes and compare to Readiness Rounds “Best Practice” model.  Readiness Rounds will provide complete templates for evaluation and decision.

Step Two

  • Readiness Rounds consultants will work closely with you to prepare and customize process and establish annual schedule for performance improvement rounding.  Accountability is assigned for corrective action for any failing item along with an escalation contact.

Step Three

  • The appropriate forms are sent for each scheduled data as either Scantron or electronic files
