Readiness Rounds provides templates of the tracer / audit forms which are the foundation of the process that enables sustainable efforts to be easily deployed. Fully customizable and available as either Electronic or Scanable formats this structure ensure schedules are met and that a consistent aggregation of results is immediately available with no additional effort.

  • Schedule
    • Formats are delivered by Readiness Rounds  in accordance with an agreed predetermined schedule
  • Completing the formats
    • Any non compliant issue is automatically sent to the person responsible for correction
    • Comments on the cause of the failure are written on form and delivered in automatic follow up e mail

    • Add the correct answer or prompts to assure standardization of assessment and facilitate immediate retraining

    • At question level links are established to the relevant Element (TJC / HFAP to enable immediate reporting on Standards performance )
