Founder & CEO

Don is the CEO of Readiness Rounds. He has been deeply involved in all aspects of the development project to build, test, and deploy a high reliability platform for hospitals. Don has more than 35 years of experience in a wide variety of healthcare operations driving patient safety, quality of care, and experience improvements.

Kimberlee Aubrey

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

 

Kimberlee is a strategic thinker and dynamic leader providing clinical and operational oversight for the delivery of Readiness Rounds’ service. She is a registered nurse and has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare and management and uses this experience to continuously improve the Readiness Rounds platform.

 Jay Muckenthaler

Jay has been a key participant in the development, sales/marketing, implementation, and service delivery of Readiness Rounds since its inception. Currently, he oversees the implementation and ongoing success of the full Readiness Rounds platform at White Plains Hospital.

Randy Merriman

Randy started writing custom applications in 1979 and has nearly 30 years of experience developing quality assurance and process management applications in healthcare. He is the primary developer for all applications and is continuously involved in the support and improvement of the Readiness Rounds system.

Marianne_Coughlin

MARIANNE COUGHLIN
SENIOR CONSULTANT

With over thirty years of experience in hospital administration, Marianne held positions at The Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. Throughout her career, her responsibilities have included hospital operations, regulatory survey preparation and corrective action, emergency preparedness, and behavioral health operations.   Marianne received a Master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia University and is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
