Kimberlee is a strategic thinker and dynamic leader providing clinical and operational oversight for the delivery of Readiness Rounds’ service. She is a registered nurse and has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare and management and uses this experience to continuously improve the Readiness Rounds platform.
Jay has been a key participant in the development, sales/marketing, implementation, and service delivery of Readiness Rounds since its inception. Currently, he oversees the implementation and ongoing success of the full Readiness Rounds platform at White Plains Hospital.

Randy started writing custom applications in 1979 and has nearly 30 years of experience developing quality assurance and process management applications in healthcare. Justin is a natural leader and commands a skillful ability to perceive long term solutions. After a successful collegiate football career as an all-conference offensive lineman, Justin has swiftly moved from individual producer roles into sales management. At Readiness Rounds, Justin has been brought on board to augment the existing sales and marketing initiatives and develop a national sales force. His ability to strategically assess the ever-changing needs of healthcare professionals at all levels is invaluable in the effective application of the Readiness Rounds platform. With over thirty years of experience in hospital administration, Marianne held positions at The Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. Throughout her career, her responsibilities have included hospital operations, regulatory survey preparation and corrective action, emergency preparedness, and behavioral health operations. Marianne received a Master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia University and is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
