Once you've booked your 15-minute complimentary consultation you will receive a meeting invite that will include a Zoom link.

During the call we have a series of questions we ask to get to know your current entrance processes.

This is not a sales call, we want to be sure that we can best serve you before we continue working together.

Is Well Screen a product or a service?

Well ScreenTM is an all-encompassing service that helps you to manage your facility's entrances.

There is a physical piece of equipment that is provided along with your contract that will be expertly integrated into your other systems. 

Is Well Screen a system we have to set up ourselves?

Part of working with the Well Screen team is that we take care of all of the initial design and implementation needs for your facility. 

But we don't stop there, we are at your service for the duration of our contract together, answering any user questions, helping with device issues, and any other troubleshooting that may come up.
